Philip Hansen Anselmo (aussi connu sous le nom Phil Anselmo ou le pseudonyme Anton Crowley) (né le 30 juin 1968 à La Nouvelle-Orléans, États-Unis) est un musicien américain connu pour être l'ancien chanteur du groupe Pantera. Il fait aussi partie des groupes Down et Superjoint Ritual. Il faillit mourir d'une overdose d'héroïne en 1996. Le 8 décembre 2004, son ex-collègue Dimebag Darrell est tué sur scène durant un concert de Damageplan.

Phil Anselmo, qui avait toujours participé à quantité de projets annexes à Pantera, Superjoint Ritual (chant), guitares, Viking Crown (guitares, basse et batterie), Necrophagia (guitares), Christ Inversion (guitares), Eibon (guitares), Southern Isolation (guitares), Arson Anthem (guitares), se consacre désormais en priorité à Down (chant). Il a aussi composé et joué la moitié des musiques pour le film The Manson Family, film documentaire sur Charles Manson et sa « famille ».
