Harry Potter et les Reliques de la Mort (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) est un film américain et britannique divisé en deux parties, adapté du roman éponyme de J. K. Rowling. Il sera fondé sur le septième et dernier volet de l'heptalogie Harry Potter.. La première partie est attendue le et la seconde partie pour le [1].

Ce dernier opus sera écrit par Steve Kloves, qui a scénarisé toute la saga, sauf le 5ème film[2]. Le film réalisé par David Yates sortira en deux parties[3]. Les trois acteurs principaux Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), et Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) ont repris leur rôle avec un cachet de 4 millions de livres sterling[4]. John Williams, à qui l'on doit la musique des trois premiers films, a déclaré être intéressé par la composition de la bande originale[5] et aurait donné son accord de principe[6], mais l'équipe a finalement décidé de confier ce travail au compositeur français Alexandre Desplat[7], au moins pour la première partie du film. Le premier teaser a été caché dans les versions Blu-Ray et DVD de "Harry Potter et le Prince de Sang-mêlé" et est désormais disponible sur Internet.[8]

Ce film fera l'objet d'une diffusion en 3D dans les salles équipées.

Synopsis

Harry, Ron et Hermione décident de se lancer dans la quête de la destruction des Horcruxes. Laissant leurs amis, Poudlard et l'Ordre du Phénix derrière eux ils tenteront de mettre fin à la vie de Lord Voldemort avant que celui-ci ne réussisse à étendre son emprise sur le monde des sorciers.

Distribution

L'acteur Jamie Waylett, qui interprête Vincent Crabbe, ne sera probablement pas dans le film, vraisemblablement en raison de sa condamnation pour détention et culture de cannabis. Pour pallier cette absence, les scénaristes devraient donc accorder plus d'importance au personnage de Blaise Zabini[62].
