World Heavyweight Championship
Le World Heavyweight Championship, championnat du monde des poids lourds, est le nom donné à plusieurs compétitions de combats, comme la boxe, les arts martiaux, le catch, le combat libre et bien d'autres sports.

Au catch, le titre suprême d'une fédération est appelé le plus souvent Heavyweight Championship, ou plus rarement World Heavyweight Championship. Voici tous les titres (actuels ou anciens) considérés unanimement comme mondiaux :

En effet, on peut si on veut, on peut considérer le World Heavyweight Championship de la WWE le titre mondial le plus important car c'est le titre suprême de la fédération la plus importante et c'est celui qui représente le Big Gold Belt, mais elle n'est pas vraiment mondiale car seuls les catcheurs de la fédération dans la division Smackdown peuvent le remporter. Si un catcheur arrive à remporter tous les titres unanimement mondiaux, ce qui est extrêmement rare, il devient le champion mondial incontesté.
