Germaine Greer, née le 29 janvier 1939 à Melbourne (Australie), est un écrivaine, féministe, critique, universitaire et scénariste australienne. Elle travaille et vit en Grande-Bretagne. Elle est une figure controversée et incontournable de la vie publique britannique.
Au début 2005, elle fait son entrée dans le célèbre jeu de télé réalité anglaise Celebrity Big Brother, aux côtés de Brigitte Nielsen et la mère de Sylvester Stallone.
