Le Prix Nihon SF Taishō (le Grand Prix de la science-fiction japonaise) est un prix récompensant la science-fiction japonaise. Il a été comparé au prix américain Nebula et est décerné par le Club des Auteurs Japonais de Science-fiction et de Fantasy (日本SF作家クラブ ou SFWJ : Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of Japan). Ce prix concerne les romans de science-fiction, mais également les films, l'animation et le manga.
Special Awards (特別賞, Tokubetsushō ) are awarded to the works that is considered to be special by the juries. Since 2011, Special Services Award (特別功労賞, Tokubetsu kōrōshō ) is presented to the deceased person.
