Take This to Your Grave est le second album studio du groupe américain Fall Out Boy. C'est leur premier album sorti sur le label Fueled by Ramen (le 6 mai 2003). Le titre de l'album vient d'une phrase de la chanson "The Patron Saint of Liars and Fakes" qui est : "Take this to your grave, and I'll take it to mine". C'est le premier album où apparait Andy Hurley (en tant que batteur). L'album est disque d'or aux États-Unis.
