Cithaeron indicus est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Cithaeronidae[1].
Distribution[modifier | modifier le code]
Cette espèce est endémique d'Inde[1]. Elle se rencontre au Chhattisgarh, au Madhya Pradesh, au Maharashtra et en Odisha[2].
Description[modifier | modifier le code]
La femelle holotype mesure 6,79 mm[3].
Les femelles mesurent de 7,05 à 7,87 mm[2].
Systématique et taxinomie[modifier | modifier le code]
Cette espèce a été décrite par Platnick et Gajbe en 1994.
Étymologie[modifier | modifier le code]
Son nom d'espèce lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte, l'Inde.
