La plupart de ces séquences ont été publiées dans des bases de donnéesbiologiques de séquences, et se trouvent en général dans la base de données publique INSDB (pour International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration, en anglais), laquelle peut-être consultée sur Internet[1].
Les génomes ci-dessous annotés comme "non publiés" n'ont pas été publiés dans une publication scientifique à comité de lecture (mais sont généralement disponibles dans une base de données).
