- → N'hésitez pas à publier sur le brouillon un texte inachevé et à le modifier autant que vous le souhaitez.

Si votre but est de publier un nouvel article, votre brouillon doit respecter les points suivants :
- Respectez le droit d'auteur en créant un texte spécialement pour Wikipédia en français (pas de copier-coller venu d'ailleurs).
- Indiquez les éléments démontrant la notoriété du sujet (aide).
- Liez chaque fait présenté à une source de qualité (quelles sources – comment les insérer).
- Utilisez un ton neutre, qui ne soit ni orienté ni publicitaire (aide).
- Veillez également à structurer votre article, de manière à ce qu'il soit conforme aux autres pages de l'encyclopédie (structurer – mettre en page).
- → Si ces points sont respectés, pour transformer votre brouillon en article, utilisez le bouton « publier le brouillon » en haut à droite. Votre brouillon sera alors transféré dans l'espace encyclopédique.
The Hypatia of Alexandrie Institue for Reflexion & Studies –IHARE (مركز هيباتيا الاسكندرية للتفكير و الدراسات)(www.ihare.net)is an independent and interdisciplinary think tank based in Rabat, Morocco that designs and implements political, social and human rights studies in Morocco and the broader Arab world. Under motto 'THINK, ACT,CHANGE' IHARE was established in 2011 in the midst of the Arab uprisings. It was founded by Dr.Hind Arroub, a Moroccan political and social scientist women. She is the first women in the Arab Region establishing a policy research oriented think tank.
IHARE works toward a better understanding of contemporary Morocco and other countries in the region through scientific analysis of their political, social and economic problems and recent social movements, rebellions, and public debates aimed at reform. IHARE studies and events address unemployment, terrorism, fundamentalism, human rights suppression, freedom of speech, the high cost of living, and other problems that threaten social peace and hamper democratization and the development of Arab societies. IHARE also seeks to identify practical solutions, implement policy proposals, and propose grassroots alternatives for a sustainable, equitable, and prosperous society. IHARE aims to pave the way in Morocco and the region for a new social role for academic research and researchers and to encourage more women’s presence in the scientific fields. This model of an independent and nonpartisan think tank is new in Morocco and other Arab countries, particularly institutions that foster collaboration across borders within the Middle East and North Africa IHARE has been listed as an innovative and a promising think tank in the Arab World in the following International Report published in July 2013:

The report was Sponsored and conducted by the UNDP Oslo Governance Centre (OGC) and Foundation for The Future in Jordan.1 IHARE has been also chosen by the USAID- Middle East among 140 its partners to be profiled first in the USAID –Middle East News Letter of May, 2012. 2 What they said about IHARE?
