H.N.I.C. Pt. 2 est le troisième album studio de Prodigy, sorti le .

Cet opus est la suite d'H.N.I.C., le premier album du rappeur ,sorti en 2000. Il est accompagné d'un DVD intitulé Free P, qui contient un clip pour chaque morceau de l'album.

L'album est produit par Havoc (l'autre moitié de Mobb Deep), The Alchemist, Apex et Sid Roams. En invité on retrouve Havoc, Un Pacino, Nyce, Twin Gambino (ex-Infamous Mobb), Cormega et Big Noyd. Le morceau Dirty New Yorker' apparaît comme un titre bonus et est également présent sur la bande son du jeu vidéo Grand Theft Auto IV.

L'album s'est classé 3e au Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, 4e au Top Independent Albums et 36e au Billboard 200[1].
