Richard E. Baldwin est un professeur d'économie internationale de l'Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement à Genève, où il mène des recherches sur la mondialisation et le commerce depuis 30 ans[1],[2],[3],[4].

Biographie

Il a aussi été Président du Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) et rédacteur en chef de VoxEU[5] qu'il a fondé en [6],[7].
