Pterinochilus est un genre d'araignées mygalomorphes de la famille des Theraphosidae.
Celles-ci sont communément appelées « araignée babouins » ou en anglais baboon spiders. Ce genre a été décris par le zoologiste britannique Reginald Innes Pocock en 1897.
