NASSIMA DINDAR[modifier | modifier le code]

NASSIMA DINDAR born Nassima Mangrolia on 20 january 1960in saint Louis, is a French politician woman. She was the first woman who was elected as a presedent of the general council on March 2014.she was re-lected for a second madate in 2008, then for a third time in 2011.she chaired the social right,a political party and joined the union of Democrates and independent found BY Jean Louis Borloo.

Nassima Mangrolia was born in a large family of modeste means in which she is the sixth child and eventually have a total of twelve.her father is a Koranic theacher, he despences a strict religious education strict marked by its member ship of the community zarabe She had her literary bachelor in pocket, she gets a letta ;aster on paul and Virginia , in the university of provence Aix-Marseille.she became a professor of French and history in a professial secondary school in Butorin Saint-Denis. Nassima Dindar is first elected regional in 1998 on the list of Margie Sudre . she then became deputy a departmental secretary .After that, in 2002, the third at the town hall of Saint-Denis and vice –president of the general council of the meeting ,when she was elected in the first canton of Saint-Denis. At the head oh this institution since 2004,she is the first Muslim women who was elected as a president of a department in france.
