Hemibuthus umarii est une espèce de scorpions de la famille des Buthidae.

Cette espèce est endémique du Sind au Pakistan[1].

Le mâle holotype mesure 52 mm[1].
Étymologie[modifier | modifier le code]
Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur d'Umar Niaz[1].
