Ghôr (persan : غور) est une province montagneuse du centre de l'Afghanistan. Sa capitale est Tchaghtcharân.
C'est le berceau de la dynastie des Ghorides qui conquit le nord de l'Inde historique à la fin du XIIe siècle.
