Help with a Welsh band name

Hello, I am currently improving the article about Nolwenn Korbell. She was involved in the band Bob Delyn a'r Ebillion. Could you tell me what this means ? In particular, does delyn mean harp (like telenn in Breton), and could Bob Delyn be a pun on Bob Dylan ?
