Le 26 novembre 2020, l'équipe de la Fondation Lionel-Groulx a donné une formation en ligne à Wikipédia a des spécialistes (chercheurs et étudiants de 2e et 3e cycle universitaires) sur l'histoire de la langue française au Québec et plus spécifiquement sur ses aspcts démolinguistiques. Le formateur était JBouchez avec Mathieugp, chargé des projets numériques, en soutien.

Bilan de l'événement[modifier le code]

Cet événement impliquait des spécialistes des aspects démolinguistiques du français au Québec. Malheureusement, la principale personne ressource avait une importante activité médiatique qui l'a empêché de faire fonctionner son réseau de contacts pour cette formation. Malgré tout, les quatre participants désirent fortement contribuer à l'amélioration des contenus sur Wikipédia et en lien avec la thématique de la formation. La Fondation Lionel-Groulx prévoient de peut-être organiser un deuxième événement de formation sur cette thèmatique.


Report of the 3rd training event to Wikipedia as part of the project "History of Quebec and French North America 2020-2021"[modifier le code]

On November 26, 2020, 2 employees of the Fondation Lionel-Groulx gave an online training at Wikipedia to specialists (researchers and graduate students) on the history of the French language in Quebec and more specifically on its historical, political, legal and demolinguistic aspects. The trainer was JBouchez with Mathieugp, digital projects manager, in support.

Overview of the event[modifier le code]

This event involved specialists in the historical, political, legal and demolinguistic aspects of French language in Quebec. Unfortunately, the main resource person had significant media activity (following the publication of a book) which prevented him from fully activating his network of contacts in time for this training. However, the four participants strongly wish to contribute to the improvement of the contents on Wikipedia in connection with the theme of the training. The Fondation Lionel-Groulx plans to organize perhaps a second training event on this theme.
