Introduction[modifier | modifier le code]

TGS Global is an international business network of independent firms providing accounting, audit, tax, business advisory and commercial legal services. In 2018 the network has more than 3000 professionals and 53 member firms from many countries around the world. These member firms support customers through global and sustainable solutions. TGS Global is the international network of the Soregor Group, a French accounting, tax and consulting firm. The network was co-created in 2011 by two European firms: TaylorCocks UK and Groupe Soregor FR. Today, Soregor Group owns the network and continues to expand to other continents helping SMEs to develop internationally.

History[modifier | modifier le code]

In 2011, the « Soregor link » project was launched with the aim of building a first team dedicated entirely to the internationalization of existing clients. In 2012, TGS was created by two European entrepreneurs. At the time TaylorCocks wanted to extend its offer to the international market, leading to a partnership with the Soregor Group. The first meeting of two groups took place on October 7 in Paris with James Frost, former Chief Operating Officer of HLB. The discussions on 24 November, in London with Taylorcoks, about the ambitions of each company, were decisive and led to the creation of a new network dedicated to SMEs. In 2012, the first launch meeting took place on March 31, at the Soregor General Assembly in Angers, the network was named TCS at the time, an abbreviation for TaylorCocks Soregor. In September 2013, TGS went from an "Association" to a "network". In December 2013, TGS (Think Global Sustainability) was registered as a trademark. In November 2016, Soregor group is at the head of the network management. In July 2017, the complete succession is made after the definitive departure of the Taylorcocks group.
