Malipo Lukandamiza Mbalanga (born in Uvira - South Kivu on the 25th July 1985) is a Congolese (Democratic Republic of Congo) and the leader of the African Refugee and Migrants Aid "ARMA", a South African Non-Profit Organization, which he founded in May 2018. He previously served as the spokesperson of the Congolese Community of Refugee of Port Elizabeth "CCRPE" from 2015 to 2018 which he registered as Non-Profit Organisation.
