Hello @Alexisdepris. I have intermediate understanding of French. From my understanding above, I guess what you are saying is that "my modification of the page Kins Ferna's has been cancelled because it violates the encyclopedic purpose or the rules of Wikipedia?"

My only edit to the page was that I tagged it for deletion as it was created by a spammer. The creator of the page has been blocked in several wikis, starting with enwiki due to using multiple accounts in wrong way to promote the very same article (Kins Ferna's). See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Kins_Ferna%27s and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Edmilsonreis2321

I understand that despite different wikis having different principles and policies, but when it comes to self-promotion articles, spam and advertisements, they all do not tolerate such habits.

If I did not get what you meant, please help me understand. Also, can you explain what wrong I did by taging the page, as the page seems to be promo. No secondary/independent sources are available. It uses wikis where anyone can add anything.

Hello,

I have cancelled your modification, as this one was created on February 26, 2024. This would not qualify as an "Immediate deletion". In my opinion, the best way is to go through what is called an "Eligibility debate" cf: (Wikipedia:Eligibility debate).

@Alexisdepris Oh I see that. But then if it is a spam it still deserves to be deleted, right. In any kind of way possible.

Anyway, your edits were reverted by admin/checkuser "User:Hyméros" [[1]] who also believes it is the spam. By the way, I am an admin on my wiki where I spoted the spam and followed it here and tagged it.

I just saw this, it affixed the Eligibility banner to check. The article in question should indeed be sent in "Eligibility Debate".

Small correction, Hyméros is indeed checkuser, but not admin. However, he is preparing to introduce himself as admin.  Alexis ^Plaît-il ? 17 mai 2024 à 20:28 (CEST)
