Some comments[modifier le code]

My dear Fellow French Wiki users,

Thanks to those who created and edited this article. Unfortunately, I don't speak French (but Google Translator does Émoticône sourire -- that's how I read it). However I'm very interested in the Charles-Constantin Audé de Sion biography, since I'm the primary author of the Russian version of this article (which has a "Good Article" status). I hope my comments (in English) would help you improving this article in French:

First thing first: "Major et aide de camp au service de sa majesté l'Empereur de toutes les Russies." which is a quote from the first page of the source (LH/70/22). In the English-translated version it reads as Charles-Constantin Audé de Sion was aide-de-camp of the Russian Emperor himself. Perhaps it's just poor translation, correct me if I'm wrong. I suggest to disambiguate this by specifying that in 1814 he was aide-de-camp of generalfeldmarschall Michel Barclay de Tolly, according to Russian sources (e.g. his service records).

The second page of the same source specifies: "Premier aide de camp du Lieutenant-General d'Auvray...", which is true, …but since 1819, indeed! It seems this hand-writing was added lately, because between 1815 and 1819 he served in the Russian occupational corps in France as a commandant of Cappel, while general d'Auvray was assigned to Poland and then to Berlin that time.

Lastly, the rank of Major specified in the document is also quite suspicious, as Charles-Constantin Audé de Sion achieved this rank in 1822 and in 1814 he was just ensign (warrant officer). It seems the entire document was created or modified lately.

Please pay also attention to the strange hand-written year 1824 at the bottom of the first page of the source. This is could be a clue of the late modification as Charles-Constantin Audé de Sion has retired from the military service in 1829 in the same rank of major. Afterwards he had long history of civil service till he became a vice-governor of the Saratov Governorate (1839--1843) and achieved his top civil rank of the State Councillor (rough equivalent to the General-Major military rank).

It's also worth to mentioning that he was supporting relations to his Savoy relatives till his death in 1858 - the last letter from him was received by baron Joseph-Gustave Audé (1831—1906) in Annecy in 1857 .

I hope the above is relevant and clear and someone would take an effort to add this info to the article. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding this interesting person.
