Adam Menelas

Adam Menelas (ou Adam Menelaws, Адам Адамович Менелас) est un architecte écossais, qui fit carrière dans la Russie des tsars. Né entre 1748 et 1756, probablement à Édimbourg, il meurt le à Saint-Pétersbourg.
