Who I'm?[modifier | modifier le code]

I am a Computer Science teacher in Mzawgha Preparatory School – Monastir- Tunisia. I have been teaching 12-14 years old students, since 2006. I had the masters’ degree in computer science applied to management and the professional masters’ degree in auditing and computer security, in 2005 and 2006, respectively. I started my professional career as a software programmer in the IT department of an industrial company. But soon I found my way to the education field as my childhood dream. I’m interested in innovation in many fields, but currently I focus on education practices.

As a winner more than once, in the national contest of educational innovation and ICT integration. My colleagues often ask me to help them to implement innovative projects that integrate ICT. I help them by sharing professional resources, such as articles, books, lesson or unit plans, and assessment tools. I guide my colleagues to implement innovative teaching strategies. This includes ideas for planning lessons, demonstrating lesson, coaching and acting as catalysts for change. I care about sharing my learning activities and my experience, especially in online learning communities and in the specialized groups in social networks. My two successive awarded participations in the Microsoft local forum, successively in 2014 and 2015, are my most significant personal learning. In fact, attending these events has greatly improved my teaching methods thanks to the interaction and exchange of ideas with other teachers as well as multiple training sessions and keynotes.
