Mobibase is a thematic TV channels VOD and DTO (Download To Own) services provider created in 2002 by Vincent Roger and Laurent Sarver. The company integrates and manages, into is own platform, content available in multi-profiles on feature phones, smartphones, tablets, computers and IPTV devices. The company's headquarters is based in Sophia Antipolis (France), the largest European technopole.

Connected TV Services[modifier | modifier le code]

Mobibase provides content for Connected TV services such as Mobile TV, IPTV or OTT TV. Content provided such as Linear TV channels, VOD (Video On Demand) Channels or DTO content (Download To Own). The channels can be provided in Relay to the platform of the client or in API directly to the End-user. All channels are brought in different formats: EDGE, 3G, 3G+, HD, Full HD or any specific format.

Mobibase brings a catalogue of over 200 linear TV channels in various languages. Most of these channels are edited and owned by Mobibase.

VOD (Video On Demand)[modifier | modifier le code]

A large selection of 30.000 video available in various languages and delivered in API.

DTO (Download To Own)[modifier | modifier le code]

Still images, animated images, music, games or videos are cleared for various types of mobile services.

Vincent Roger CEO & co-Founder Vincent Roger was appointed CEO in 2006 and initiated the company's transition to Mobile TV and IPTV/OTT. He is also credited with returning the company to profit and bringing the company TV business to new heights. Before launching Mobibase in 2002 with Laurent Sarver, Vincent Roger was part of the Mobile Division of KPMG Peat Marwick / CSC in Paris. Prior, he spent 6 years in Japan as Business Development Director in a licensing firm. He is the author of "The Marketing of Mobile Multimedia" (Edition d'Organisation, Paris, 2002).
