Vanina Takvorian is an International Licensed Real Estate Agent, Executive TV Producer, TV Host [1] who works in Manhattan, New York.

1 Early Life[modifier | modifier le code]

Vanina Takvorian was born September 6, 1973 in Nice, South of France.[2] She attended an International Business School and graduating college in Paris. In 2005, Vanina moved to Miami and New York city, Manhattan, [3] to pursue a career in Real Estate.

2 Career[modifier | modifier le code]

She is producing Documentaries Series that show Unique Real Estate in the world.


One of her documentary is showing the Château of Marquis de Lafayette in Central France [4]. The Marquis de Lafayette was a French Aristocrat and Military Officer, who fought for the United States in the American Revolutionary War (1775–1783).


The Real Deal Magazine [5] and Curbed [6] notified an article, about that exceptional French Château in April 2015.


Through her documentaries and professional involvement , Vanina Takvorian works jointly with Americans, to make them remember they share an history with France. Marquis de Lafayette and Hermione are universal values ​​of Commitment, Freedom, Courage and Friendship which connect France and the United States.


Hermione was a 12-pounder Concorde class Frigate of the French Navy. It became famous when it ferried General Lafayette to the United States in 1780. In 1997, the construction of a replica of the ship started in Rochefort, Charente-Maritime, France.


The new ship is still named Hermione [7] and left France April 18, 2015 and sets sail to America.The new Hermione has been under construction since 1997 and cost 25 millions euros ($27 millions) to build.


It will head for Yorktown, Virginia, where Lafayette and his forces played a critical part in a decisive battle against the British.

The frigate is due to arrive in Yorktown June, 5, 2015 [8] for a two-months tour of key locations in the American Revolution, including Annapolis, Boston, Philadelphia and New York City.[9]
