Hi! If you mean on Wikipedia, then it's not possible. Each community is responsible for their own language and there is no automatic update.
If you're asking for the actual website, then yes, there are some solutions, but Wikipedia volunteers only help people with Wikipedia-related enquiries.

If it is not possible to update simultaneously, can I edit in several languages?
Hi, Yes your account is global, with the same username/password you can connect to every wikipedia site (https://fr.wikipedia.org/ https://en.wikipedia.org/ https://de.wikipedia.org/ etc) and edit locally in the current language.
