Commons does not allow fair use. You have to upload your logos to frwiki, like Fichier:Logo SG Annecy hockey.png. Note that c:Fichier:Logo SG Annecy hockey.png does not exist. See Aide:Importer_un_fichier#Exceptions, I think you have to use this link. ~~~~
