Probably only temporarily available, but an EBay auction has this version, which has a date of December 27, 1903, and a version of this stamp with two "5"s on top and "10 para 10" on the bottom; the para was the Ottoman unit of currency. The other side is not shown, so it is not known if further information was available there.
