Thanks for lifting the restrictions and for drafting this message. The contents look great and we generally believe that this would be helpful. In addition to the message, we have included "Do not add images to Wikipedia articles in a language you do not speak fluently" to the participating instruction/rules. Please feel free to block users who either fail to follow instructions or who continue to be disruptive after warnings. We will be following your recent changes closely with the support of the local organizers who speaks the French language fluently.
