Photos on Meridianas french page[modifier le code]

An name of beer in a photo is not forbidden, please look all pages of véhicules races or boat or this page : https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guinness. For Méridianas, a few days ago, this page was reviewed to put it in the wikipédia first page. I'am the autors and I prefers a beautiful image under sun. Why do you want to move it absolutely. The prohibition is finish in lot of countries including France. If you remove all smoking or bear image, you're going to have a huge job, and you need to delete a lot of image and pages, good luck ;-)
Thanks to respect my point of view, kind regards, Have a nice day, --Titi Bastia 20 août 2019 à 20:01 (CEST)

I just leave this message on your native personnel page.
See you Turaids,

@Titi Bastia Of course, beer advertisements are not forbidden, but they do seem unnecessary for an encyclopedia when a wide range of alternative images exist, many of whom are not taken by me. I sometimes try to harmonize images across wikipedias and I don't care who took it, as long as I think it's a better image (here's an example), so accusations of pushing my own images is something I'm getting tired of hearing. What annoyed me in the first place was you reverting my edit without any explanation. —Turaids (discuter) 20 août 2019 à 22:55 (CEST)[répondre]
Dear @Turaids,
A lot of mistake and changing are done by new profile on the project and special attention is paid to isolated modifications.
Sorry but I just don't understand your modification (without explanation too). I put a "?" on my message and your admonitory answer more or less is "a beer name on sail how classy" (un nom de bière sur la voile, quelle classe !). Your qualification not "Classy" is an personal point of view, more is a little abrupt and haughty for a page that's just rewiewed by the community (for the first wiki page apparition). The real changing reason appear when we look the author of the photo (you know this point because you change the photo in your second operation).
Sorry, I made in the past severals mistakes and missunderstoods, nobody is perfect, but I think this hanging would not have happened if your answer was more cordial and transparent.
Best regards, Titi Bastia 21 août 2019 à 03:44 (CEST)
@Titi Bastia Yet you still seem to want to make it about something it's not. This one wasn't my picture, this one wasn't, this one wasn't, this one wasn't and this one wasn't. What all of them have in common (including this one) is that I simply thought they were better images than the previous ones. Nothing more.
My second edit was just to show you that. I can respect the fact that you as a creator of the page prefer a different image, but for you to come out like that and accuse me of simply doing it because it just so happens that I am the author of the image, goes against one of the basic principles of Wikipedia. As for reverting your edits on my Latvian Wikipedia talk page, no need to spam my discussion page on multiple wikipedias. —Turaids (discuter) 21 août 2019 à 09:28 (CEST)[répondre]
