|---- | Bonjour M. Jeanneret. Sorry my French is stiil no good. My name is Rod Springthorpe, I was an apprentice at couvet in 1971-1973, I remember causing you much trouble, and I am sorry for that. I am now 60yrs old, having spent my entire working life in knitwear. Sorry to say I introduced Shima to England, and the rest is history. For the last 20yrs I have been a freelance designer, and still enjoy it.

         I hope you are in good health, I have promised my wife that one day I will take her back to couvet.
