Čeština: Vlajka města Moravská Třebová, okres Svitavy. Modrý list, na němž je položena orlice z městského znaku (tj. bílo-červeně šachovaná korunovaná orlice sežlutou zbrojí, s červeným jazykem, nesoucí na hrudi modrý štítek se žlutou majuskulní literou T).
