Karoga apraksts
  1. Carnikavas novada karogs ir taisnstūra formas balts audums ar platuma un augstuma attiecību 2 : 1.
  2. Karoga vidū abās pusēs attēlots Carnikavas novada ģerbonis.
  3. Karogs izgatavojams šādos lielumos 100 cm x 200 cm.
  4. Galda karodziņa maksimālie izmēri – 14 x 29 cm, tā proporcijas un apraksts atbilst Carnikavas novada karoga proporcijām un aprakstam.[1]

Apstiprināts 2010. gada 21. aprīlis

Ģerboņa heraldiskais apraksts
„Zelta laukā pazemināts zils galvaspālis; vairoga galvā sudraba nēģis ar galvu uz kreiso pusi; sudraba pavedienapmale.“[2]
Русский: Флаг Царникавского края, Латвия.
Прямоугольное белое полотнище с соотношением ширины и высоты как 2:1. В середине флага с обеих сторон изображается герб Царникавского края.[3]
