From the 28th floor of the Club Quarters on E Wacker. A -2/0/+2 HDR using ISO400. The camera was propped on a windowsill with the window cracked open and all the lights in the room turned off. Due to exposure lengths (f/4 lens) I used a remote to prevent any jittering of the camera. Even with ISO 400 the exposures were a minimum of 6 seconds long.
Despite this there are still quite a few artifacts due to the over-the-top HDR processing style I chose to employ for this shot along with the obviously ephemeral nature of light reflections off glass. Ideally a much faster lens would have been used to cut down on the inconsistencies between exposures and increase sharpness.
The extended exposure does capture a few (blurry) stars in the sky though!
