| Description | SOUTH CHINA SEA (Sept. 4, 2013) Sailors from the Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training (MCAST) team exchange best practices with a Royal Malaysian Navy boarding team on boarding tactics during a visit, board, search and seizure exercise as part of Southeast Asia Cooperation and Training (SEACAT). This is the 11th annual SEACAT exercise with navy liaison officers from Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States tracking vessels of interest in the multilateral maritime interdiction scenario.
