Čeština: Vlajka obce Velký Chlumec, okres Beroun. List tvoří tři šikmé pruhy: bílý, červený a žlutý, mezi horním černým trojúhelníkovým polem a dolním červeným trojúhelníkovým polem. Šikmé pruhy jsou široké jednu čtvrtinu šířky listu a dělicí čára mezi bílým a červeným pruhem tvoří úhlopříčku listu.
English: Flag of Velký Chlumec municipality, Beroun District, Czech Republic.
