Čeština: Znak obce Pertoltice pod Ralskem, okres Česká Lípa. V modrém štítě nad zvýšenou černo-zlatě polcenou patou s polovinou palečného kola opačných barev vyrůstající zlatá berla rašící do stran stříbrným lipovým dvojlistem a nahoře provázená dvěma zlatými osmihrotými hvězdami.
