Bílý list, nahoře ve střední části černá zubří hlava s červeným jazykem a žlutou houžví, provázená dole v žerďové části kosmo postavenou černou vrší a ve vlající části černou uťatou medvědí tlapou šikmo k vlajícímu okraji s červenými drápy k hornímu okraji.
