Palais-de-Justice | Place Estrangin Pastré
Henri Estrangin trader and secretary of the Free Trade Association in 1890 offered the city a fountain completely dedicated to the celebration of trade.
The sculptor André Allar chose Mercury child and a siren holding a cornucopia to illustrate this richness and the continents with which the city traded in rostra surrounding the basin linked by garlands of flowers and fruits.
We also see in the background the elegant building of the Banque de France and its beautiful clock, it is the work of architect Joseph Letz in 1885.
