English: 130th birth anniversary of the Russian military musician, bandmaster and composer Ilya Shatrov (1879–1952).
The postal stationery card with the imprinted definitive non-denominated stamp “Letter B”, Russia, 1 April 2009, PTC Marka Catalogue No 137-о/2009 (2009-125/1). Coated paper. Offset printing. Size of the postal card: 105×148 mm. Print run 10,000.
