These are pretty short exposures, which means a lot of the outer details of the galaxy are lost. A capture of its "halo" can be seen here. I'm not sure if the outer part would be considered a halo, or if the central region is just significantly brighter.
North is 5.2º counterclockwise from up. In hindsight, rotating it was probably unnecessary.
