English translation:~ Wash your sins, not only your face ~
A palindrome is a word or phrase, that can be read the same way in either direction.
The phrase was firstly written (in Greek) on the apex at the entrance of Saint Sophia church in Constantinople, and is attributed to Gregory of Nazianzus.
All the letters are symmetrical vertically, and the N is stylized Ͷ in the right part, as a result the sentence is not only a palindrome but also a mirror ambigram.
Toutes les lettres sont symétriques verticalement, et le N est stylisé Ͷ dans la partie droite, ainsi la phrase n'est pas seulement un palindrome mais aussi un ambigramme miroir.
