Latviešu: Kocēnu novada karogs
Karoga apraksts
  1. Kocēnu novada karogs ir taisnstūra formas ar platuma un augstuma attiecību 2 : 1.
  2. Karoga vidū abās pusēs attēlots Kocēnu novada ģerbonis (karoga vizuālais izskats Pielikumā Nr.1).
  3. Karogs izgatavojams šādos lielumos – mazais karogs 1500 mm × 750 mm (pie ēkām karogu kātos), lielais karogs 2000 mm × 1000 mm (karogu mastos).
  4. Galda karodziņa maksimālie izmēri – 14 × 28 cm, tā proporcijas un apraksts atbilst Kocēnu novada karoga proporcijām un aprakstam.[1]
Ģerboņa heraldiskais apraksts
„Dalīts galvā ševrona veidā: sudrabs un zils. Apakšējā laukā - virsējā no 8 taisniem un apakšējā no 8 liektiem zariem, zem tās pāļa virzienā sudraba zobens – pa kreisi.“
Krāsas – Sudraba – PANTONE 877C (PANTONE Cool Gray 4); zelta – PANTONE 373C (PANTONE 131C) zilā – PANTONE 286C; melnā – PANTONE black.
