English: The Statue of a young man wearing a chlamys is a Ancient Roman sculpture from the early 1st century that represents a naked boy wearing a chlamys. The work was discovered in 1946 on Calle de la Caridad in Cartagena (Spain) by the archaeologist Antonio Beltrán Martínez and initially identified as Mercury, although it was later described as the imitatio of a previous statue whose prototype, from the 5th century BC, would come close to the conception of the Dresdner Knabe.

La obra fue descubierta en 1946 en la calle de la Caridad de Cartagena (España) por el arqueólogo Antonio Beltrán Martínez e identificada inicialmente como Mercurio, si bien posteriormente fue descrita como la imitatio de una estatua previa cuyo prototipo, del siglo V a.
