Pignus simoni est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Salticidae[1].

Cette espèce se rencontre en Afrique du Sud et au Zimbabwe[1].

Le mâle holotype mesure 5 mm[2].

Étymologie[modifier | modifier le code]

Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur d'Eugène Simon[2].
