Cindy Silvestre est née le à Besançon, est boxeuse française de muay-thaï (52 - 54 kg) basée en Thaïlande et titrée huit fois championne du monde[1].
Biographie et carrière
[modifier | modifier le code]Cindy commence les sports de combat à l’âge de 13 ans par le full-contact, discipline dans laquelle elle remporte un titre de championne de France semi-professionnel.
À 18 ans, elle découvre le muay-thaï, discipline à laquelle elle se consacre progressivement. Elle dispute alors de nombreux combats, acceptant régulièrement des engagements à court préavis ainsi que des affrontements en dehors de sa catégorie de poids.
En 2016, elle remporte son premier titre mondial de muay-thaï dans la catégorie des moins de 57 kg lors d’un championnat organisé en Thaïlande, titre qu’elle conserve l’année suivante[2].
En 2024, son palmarès compte sept titres mondiaux en muay-thaï ainsi qu’un titre mondial en K-1, obtenus lors de compétitions organisées notamment en Thaïlande, en Italie et en Allemagne[3].
En janvier 2026, elle totalise plus de 150 combats professionnels, auxquels s’ajoutent environ quarante combats disputés en amateur et semi-professionnel[4].
Elle a combattu sur plusieurs circuits internationaux, dont Glory, Enfusion, SuperChamp et Muay Thai Hardcore, et demeure active sur des événements tels que Fairtex Fight, Thai Fight, RWS et LWC[4].
Team
[modifier | modifier le code]Elle fait ses débuts au sein du Ring Athlétique Lédonien, club dirigé par Serge Pantel.
Par la suite, elle évolue dans différents clubs, au fil de ses déplacements liés à ses études puis à sa vie professionnelle.
À partir de début 2021, elle partage son temps entre la France et la Thaïlande, ce qui lui permet de participer à un plus grand nombre d’événements et de compétitions internationales. En 2022, elle s’installe définitivement en Thaïlande.
Fin 2024, elle rejoint le NF Looksuan Muay-Thai Gym, camp d’entraînement basé à Bangkok[2].
