Wai Ka-fai (en sinogrammes simplifiés : 韦家辉 ; en sinogrammes traditionnels : 韋家輝 ; en pinyin : ) est un réalisateur, producteur et scénariste né en 1955 à Hong Kong. Il a fondé en 1996 avec Johnnie To la société de production Milkyway Image.
