Theobroma (gr: θεόβρώμα; « nourriture des dieux » ) est un genre de 22 espèces de la famille des Sterculiaceae. Ce sont tous de petits arbres originaires des forêts tropicales d'Amérique centrale et d'Amérique du Sud.
