Crée en 1975 par le Lt. Colonel de l'armée américaine, Michael Aquino et des membres de l'Église de Satan[1], Nikolas Schreck et Zeena Lavey qu'ils quitteront pour créer leur propre mouvement Sethien[2]. David Austen crée sa branche britannique en 1987.
