Seth Woodbury MacFarlane, né le 26 octobre 1973 à Kent, dans l'État du Connecticut, aux États-Unis, est un acteur, doubleur, scénariste, réalisateur, producteur, monteur et chanteur américain.
Il est, entre autres, le créateur des séries animées American Dad!, Les Griffin et The Cleveland Show.
Il annule à la dernière minute son vol qui se terminera dans une des tours du World Trade Center, le 11 septembre 2001[1].
Le 24 février 2013, il présente la 85e cérémonie des Oscars.
